Customer Care Services

More than just "customer service, " Meadowlands Hospital Medical Center employees go out of their way to provide extraordinary service to patients and visitors – they genuinely care about your needs and do their best to provide answers to your questions and resolutions to your concerns. If you’ve ever been a patient, you know there’s nothing worse than navigating your way through a hospital. Here at Meadowlands, we want to avoid that. We provide Customer Care Services.  

Need a physician referral? Looking to speak to a patient? How should you prep for a procedure? How will I get to and from the hospital on the day of my surgery? What about public transportation? Looking for the best doctors for your shoulder pain? These are just some of the questions our Customer Care Services department can answer for you.

Customer Care Services (CCS) handles hospital emergencies as well. In the event of a life-threatening event, they are trained in the universal safety codes – fire alarm/code red; patient in distress/code blue; missing child/code amber, etc. They will even go as far as handling elevator malfunctions. The staff members of Customer Care Services are Concierge, Help Desk, Greeters, and Detectives all rolled into one.

Whatever the issue, Customer Care Services is on call, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide you with answers – and if they don’t have the answers, they will quickly find them.
