The administrative services and departments play a key role in delivering the top-notch clinical services to the communities we serve here at the Meadowlands Hospital. Patient care comes not only from doctors, nurses and technicians but from case managers, environmental services aides and security as well. Our Administrative Services and Departments work closely with front line staff to ensure that patient safety, clinical quality and patient satisfaction is at the forefront of every interaction between staff and guest.

An expectation from team members is to provide excellence service to fellow departments to guarantee that positive outcomes are achieved. Whether that would be from our Plant Operations department in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment to our Purchasing agents who with our Storeroom make certain that our staff have the most up to date equipment and supplies that they need on their units.

Our Medical Staff office works to have the most highly skilled and credentialed physicians in our facility. This practice is not only for the Medical Staff office but for our Human Resources department as well. They constantly strive to recruit and retain the most qualified, friendly and caring staff in any medical facility in New Jersey. This all could not be accomplished without the Corporate Compliance department overseeing the policies and procedures that reinforce the services we provide.
