Looking for the best doctors for your shoulder pain? These are just some of the questions our Customer Care Services department can answer for you.

Customer Care Services (CCS) handles hospital emergencies as well. In the event of a life-threatening event, they are trained in the universal safety codes – fire alarm/code red; patient in distress/code blue; missing child/code amber, etc. They will even go as far as handling elevator malfunctions. The staff members of Customer Care Services are Concierge, Help Desk, Greeters, and Detectives all rolled into one.
