Wilfredo (Freddie) Orozco became part of Meadowlands Hospital family in 2010 and advanced to Director of Dietary Department in July 2015. He has over 25 years of culinary experience and is an accomplished food service expert. Freddie’s career started in 1990 as a cook at Lincoln Inn restaurant in Jersey City, NJ, beginning his culinary journey of becoming a great chef. While perfecting his cooking skills he learned many aspects of the food industry and moved his way up to supervising and managing positions. Freddie perfected his skill set in purchasing.
