Janine D. Malave, MSN, MA, RNC, LCCE, WHNP-B

Janine D. Malave, MSN, MA, RNC, LCCE, WHNP-BC is MHMC’s Maternal Child Health Services manager. Janine has almost 40 years of professional experience, which includes maternal child health, labor and delivery, med surg, maternity/newborn, community health, lab and teaching/mentoring. She earned both her MSN and MA in Nursing from Seton Hall University, and her BSN from St.Peter’s College. Janine is ACLS, BCLS and NRP certified and is a Lamaze certified childbirth educator, specializing in preparation for childbirth, breastfeeding classes, early pregnancy classes, pre and post natal fitness, relaxation techniques, family planning and postpartum depression. She is an active member of the professional committees and organizations such as Partnership for Maternal & Child Health of Northern New Jersey, Hudson Prenatal Consortium and New Jersey Consortium of Nurse Educators among others. Currently Janine is a clinical adjunct professor at a nearby school of nursing.

Janine is a great asset to our hospital. She is a knowledgeable, hard-working, caring, and positive medical professional. Her wonderful approach to her job and her patients makes her a special part of Meadowlands Hospital team.
